We design our AT boots for skiers who plan on a hefty amount of quality uphill time earning their turns. All of our ski touring boots are equipped with an alpine buckle forefoot, a hefty power strap upper, pin inserts, powerful 90 to 110-flex ratings and heat moldable Palau liners. All at a light weight for easy climbing. Go ahead and get your tour on with 62 and 65-degree fore/aft cuff rotation. Rip descents with confidence and control. Our boots are remarkably stiff for their weight, providing more control in downhill mode than other boots in the same weight range.
Hagan boots are built to succeed equally on the uphill and downhill. The Grilamid shell lends to its high strength-to-weight ratio. The lightweight, rib-reinforced, anatomically-correct shell provides stellar power transmission, as energy is channeled easily through the boot to the skis’ edges. Certified pin insets and Hagan’s rockered, rubber soles allow for efficient uphill travel via frame or pin bindings as well as easy, comfortable boot packing.
The Core Pro Carbon, Core Lite and Pure boots are built around the same shell mold, with these differences:
- The Core Pro has a 65º range of motion, the Core Lite and Pure a 62º.
- The Core Pro has an 18º forward lean angle, the Core Lite and Pure 16º.
- The Core Pro liner is 100% moldable. The Core Lite and Pure liners are Instant Fit and moldable in the key areas - heel/ankle/instep/toes.
- The Core Pro is a few grams lighter.
