Hagan Ski Mountaineering ships to the USA and Canada primarily. Our products can be shipped to the EU, Switzerland, Japan etc, and we use different logistics providers depending on your location.
We always ship products with a tracking service so that you can look forward to receiving your new purchase.
Free standard shipping is provided in the USA on orders over $50. Express shipping is available.
While we will ship outside of the USA and Canada, please note that Hagan Ski Mountaineering is the USA and Canada distributor for Hagan Gmbh of Austria.
You will pay higher shipping costs in the EU than if you ordered from a local retailer or directly from Hagan Austria.

When purchasing our products local charges may apply, depending on your region. However, we ensure that all sales taxes are included in the final sales price. Any additional charges are at your own expense. UPS sometimes charges "brokerage fees" on shipments to Canada sent with UPS Standard service. So I will usually ship USPS, even thought it may be slower, unless you upgrade to UPS express service.
If you would like to ship products outside of our shipping locations, please use a freight forwarding service.
In the rare instance that your product has been lost or damaged in transit, please report this to the shipping company immediately, then report the issue to us. It is important that you do not sign for the delivery if the box is damaged or lost.
